The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA), in cooperation with a group of interested students, designed the Alternative Guide to help you take full advantage of the rich diversity our great city has to offer. We have listed myriad restaurants, cafés, attractions, shops, and more! We encourage you to get up, get out, and explore. Chicago is a vast city, filled with flavor and style. From Andersonville on Chicago's North Side to South Shore on Chicago's South Side, you are sure to find fascinating communities-homes to good people, delicious food, and a world of delight!
